Samura use the finest Swedish and Japanese steels hardened to 58-60 on the Rockwell scale in combination with a traditional Japanese shape and fine taper from the spine, which enhances their unrivalled cutting performance.

The Utility knife is the most commonly used knife in the kitchen and a must for every aspiring chef. It is able to perform a broad spectrum of actions in the absence of specialized knives, from cutting bread, sausage, and cheese to processing vegetables and fruits. A one-piece blade of high-quality steel with a high content of molybdenum and vanadium is insusceptible to corrosion, durable and maintenance-friendly. A G-10 fiberglass polymer handle enables you to have your kitchen prep work under absolute control.

The Samura MO-V Utility knife is available with a 12.5 or 15 cm blade.
